To Terms and Conditions for Get Lost Travel
I_____________________, on ____________ (Day/Month/Year) have read and agree to the terms and conditions, to which this Exhibit is incorporated, as set forth by Get Lost Travel either on their website www.getlosttravel.org at www.getlosttravel.org/terms--conditions.html, or as they have been emailed to me.
Assumption of Risk. I acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied for the trip/tour with Get Lost Travel. I understand that I may travel to remote countries and areas and that this travel may include ground, air or water transportation, dancing, hiking, food and alcoholic beverages and other similar activities associated with foreign travel. I understand and acknowledge that such travel may become dangerous at times and present a risk to my health, safety, and life. I further understand and acknowledge that I am responsible for exercising reasonable care to avoid harm from conditions which I know or in the exercise of reasonable care should know are unreasonably dangerous conditions that cannot be encountered with reasonable safety. I am prepared to assume the risks associated with this trip/tour including: forces of nature; terrorism; civil unrest; war; accidents; and transportation including land vehicles, boats, and aircraft that are not operated or maintained to standards found in North America. I also assume risks associated with altitude, illness, disease, physical exertion, and alcohol consumption, knowing that access to evacuation and/or suitable medical supplies and support may not be available. By signing this document, I agree to take full responsibility for my own actions, safety and welfare, except for unanticipated events including injury, illness, emotional trauma, or death. I also understand that I will be a member of a group and will conduct myself in a way that will not endanger the group or myself. I understand that if I misrepresent myself as fit for this trip, I may be removed prior to or during the trip at my own expense.
Liability Release. I hereby release Get Lost Travel, its agents and employees, from and against any and all liability arising from my participation in the trip/tour with Get Lost Travel, except for acts of gross negligence, recklessness, or willful misconduct. I agree that this release will be legally binding upon myself, my heirs, successors, assigns and legal representatives; I intend to fully assume all risk of travel and to release Get Lost Travel from any and all liabilities to the maximum extent permitted by law.
